Should you decide to hire us, we will then take
multiple pictures of each room. We will then give you an estimate on how
long the project will take. Each project varies in time depending on what
you want to achieve and how large the project will be. However, a typical
room usually takes 3 to 5 hours, depending on the size of the room.
If the project is large, then we can certainly give you a "Project Quote"
if you are interested in doing multiple rooms or multiple services. Please
be assured that our goal is to save you time and money. We will always work
for you and will always tell you the truth, no matter what.
For every hour of time we spend working with you at
your home or office, we also spend several concentrated hours working
off-site for your specific project needs (e.g., product/service research,
consultation with other service professional service providers, space design
strategies and problem-solving). You will generally not be charged for most
off-site work, as this service is calculated into our hourly fee. Any
exceptions to this will be discussed and pre-approved by you.

Generous One Hour Appointment Consultation
In this very generous hour we begin the first step
by getting acquainted with you and your home. At this time we address your
ideas and any concerns you may have for your space such as: what needs to
stay or how the space is used or perhaps having to incorporate new
furnishings. We will present new ideas for a better flow of space that will
highlight a proper focal point and together we can tour other areas for
further items that can be brought into the redesign. During the consultation
we may suggest paint colors, window treatments or discuss further decorating
services that we provide.

Professional
Home Staging:
Option 1: $300 - $400
Fees are assessed on a room by room basis depending upon room size and
condition of the room.
Under 1800 Sq. Ft. = $300.00
1800 to 3000 Sq. Ft. = $400.00
Over 3,000 Sq. Ft. = Quoted
We will shop your home for treasures you forgot, didn't know you had,
or simply could be used in a new way. You will come home to a new room
filled with the things you love.
This fee does not include
rentals of furniture, art or accessories. For an additional fee, accessories
can be added.

Staging Consultation:
Option 2: $200
Includes: A walk through and room by room analysis of problem
areas with affordable solutions. This also includes exterior of your
property. This is great for "do-it-yourself" individuals. We will
provide you with a checklist and encourage you to make the recommended
updates we have suggested, however if you still want help, our "hands-on"
staging service is available.
Color
Consultation:

Includes: Assisting with paint colors, helping you come up with
affordable solutions.
Redesign/Room Make Over:
$275-$600 per room

to have decorated. Then we look through your current decorations to maximize

purchased we will do so with your approval and then we get started
decorating. We can arrange decorating one room of your house to decorating
every room to give it that feeling of the season.
